Stretch Break Part 2: Shoulder and Neck

In part one, I demonstrated a short sequence to stretch out your pectoral muscles (chest) and activate the weakened upper back postural muscles. Part two will show you a selection of stretches for the tensed up areas of the shoulder and neck. I would recommend combining parts 1 and 2 together as a single stretch break.
